Panama City Beach Airport Gets New Airline
Beginning March 5th, 2015 you'll be able to catch a direct flight from Panama City Beach, FL to Houston, TX. This is because United Airlines will be flying in and out of Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport next year.
United Airlines as of November 2014 is the third most used airline, just behind American Airlines and Delta. However they do have more destinations they service than any other airliner. Houston is United Airlines second most used hub, with Chicago-O'Hare, Illinois being the first. Out of Houston, United Airlines services 176 domestic and international destinations.

It's almost Christmas! What does that mean for Real Estate
It's that time of year again!! We're 10 weeks away from Christmas and all the craziness that comes along with it sometimes. Traveling, cold weather, shopping, cooking, and all the other madness that leads up to the best day of the year. So one question I keep hearing from home owners who are Considering Selling.... As you can see the month of December was the 4th busiest, both in number of transactions and monthly volume. So why is this. You see, the number of buyers doesn't necessarily go down because of the month. Bottom line is when you need a new home, you need a new home. So as a home owner wanting to sell this is something you can take huge advantage of. Here's why. In June of 2013 there were 256 homes for sale on the market. In December of 2013 there were 207.
